In brief
- We store: email, name, session log, therapist voice recordings, payment history.
- Session video and audio are not recorded: they travel directly between participants via WebRTC.
- The AI assistant receives the text of your dialogue in order to help word your target.
- We do not share data with third parties — except the payment provider, for payment.

1. The operator
The personal data operator is sole proprietor Maksim Alekseevich Saprygin, TIN 220912735917, OGRNIP 316312300109293, address: 309590, Belgorod Region, Chernyansky District, Olshanka village, Tsentralnaya St., 45 (the “Operator”), the owner of the TetaLink service (tetalink.com, app.tetalink.com). 2. What data we process

A therapist's client who joins a room by code provides only the name they enter themselves. Data about the session with the client is kept in the therapist's log.
Information about your experiences that the User enters in the log and in the dialogue with the AI assistant may count as health data. The User decides what to write; we recommend not including surnames, addresses or other details that could identify a person.
3. Session video and audio
Video and audio of a therapist's session with a client are transmitted directly between the participants' browsers using WebRTC. The TetaLink server helps establish the connection but does not record or store video or audio.
4. The AI assistant
When the User words a target with the AI assistant in self-guided mode, the text of the dialogue is sent to a language model in order to produce a reply. To voice personalized phrases, the text of the phrase is sent to a speech synthesis service. This data is used only to produce the reply and the voice.
5. Who receives the data
The Operator does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties, except the payment provider ZenPayments — to the extent necessary for payment: the amount, the payment purpose, and an email address for the receipt. The User enters card details on the payment provider's side.
Data may be disclosed to government authorities only in cases expressly provided for by law.
6. Legal grounds and consent
- performance of the Terms of Service (Article 6, part 1, clause 5 of 152-FZ) — for the account, subscription and log;
- the User's consent, given at registration — for processing information about their experiences in the log and in the dialogue with the AI assistant.
You can withdraw consent by writing to hello@tetalink.com; in that case your account and related data are deleted.
7. Storage and protection
Data is stored on the Operator's server [storage location — to be specified]. Access to it is restricted, the connection to the service is encrypted (HTTPS), and passwords are stored as an irreversible hash.
Data is kept while the account exists. After an account is deleted, its data is erased within 30 days, except payment records, which the law requires us to keep longer.
8. Your rights
The User has the right to:
- find out what data about them is being processed and obtain a copy;
- correct inaccurate data;
- demand deletion of their data and account;
- withdraw consent to processing;
- appeal the Operator's actions to Roskomnadzor (the Russian data protection authority) or in court.

9. Cookies
The service uses one essential cookie — to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or third-party analytics cookies.
10. Changes to this policy
A new version is published on this page. For material changes, the User receives an email. The terms of use of the service are in the Terms of Service.
