- 8-phase sessions with a guide
- An AI assistant to help word your target
- A session diary with SUD and VoC scales
The autopilot runs an EMDR session without a therapist: it helps you word the target, guides you by voice, starts the sets and keeps track of the scales. Suitable for mild to moderate distress.
Working on your own is for mild to moderate distress. Severe conditions need a professional who can see you and stop the process.
The autopilot follows the same 8 phases as a therapist. The first phase, history taking, is replaced by questions about contraindications and choosing a topic; the eighth, reevaluation, happens at the start of your next session.
The guide explains what will happen and helps you create a safe place: an image you can return to at any moment.
In a dialogue you word five things: the memory (a picture), a negative belief about yourself, the positive belief you would like, the emotion, and where you feel it in your body. You rate SUD and VoC.
The guide starts a set of the dot, then asks what you noticed and asks for your SUD. Sets repeat until SUD drops to 0–1.
The thought you want to hold about yourself is strengthened with sets until VoC reaches 6–7.
You check whether any tension remains. If so, a few more sets.
The container exercise for anything that has not finished processing, then stabilization. The session is saved to your diary with scales from before and after.
The Stop button is on screen for the whole session. It stops the set, and the guide offers a stabilization exercise or a return to your safe place. You can continue later — or close the session with the container.
If you start to feel really unwell, call your local emergency number (112 in Europe, 911 in the US).
The guide reads the instructions aloud so you do not have to read during a set. There are three kinds of voice:
Tokens are charged only for personalized phrases. If you run out, the session continues with the browser voice.

Working with a therapist? The autopilot suits practice between appointments: connect your therapist's voice pack and the instructions will be given in their voice.
No. It is a self-help tool based on the EMDR protocol for mild to moderate distress. It does not diagnose anything and does not replace working with a professional. TetaLink is not a medical service.
Press Stop: the set stops and the guide offers a stabilization exercise or your safe place. If you do not feel better, call your local emergency number (112 in Europe, 911 in the US).
They are recommended: in headphones the sound alternates between left and right and strengthens the stimulation. A session also works without them, using the movement of the dot.
It depends on the target and on how many sets are needed. You can close a session at any moment with the container exercise. It is best to work on one target per session.
Access continues on the Autopilot subscription: ₽1,000 per month. Auto-renewal can be turned off in your account with one button.
